10 Dwellings on site of Leyland Farm: Gawcott, Buckinghamshire

A development of 9 new dwellings and a barn conversion on the site of a farm that had ceased to be financially viable.

Each house is a bespoke design modelled to fit the constraints of the site and to form a traditional street scene. Vehicle access was given careful consideration to avoid the street being cluttered with parked cars.

Properties ranged from single bedroom apartments to a six bedroom stone farmhouse with views over 10 acres of paddock to the open countryside beyond.

All the properties were sold whilst the site was nearing completion.
