The Kenward Trust took over this 19 bed residential youth project and carried out internal alterations to improve the facilities.
The works comprised opening up much of the ground floor to provide a reception and large lounge and converting other ground floor rooms into office and training facilities. Small kitchenettes were added to the bedrooms and a ground floor flat layout altered to provide disabled accommodation.
