The site was a good size but a lot of space was unusable due to a large sewer running across one side.
To avoid this, the building had to be an unusual plan shape in order to fit on the remaining area and has two square pyramid structures with a flat roof link in between.
The steep fall on the site necessitated both steps and a ramp down to the main entrance from the adjacent public car park.
An excellent facility was procured despite these constraints. One section accommodates reception, waiting, and admin, while the other contains three consulting rooms, treatment, and two nurse rooms.
